Chucks
Soft evening sunlight shines through the bathroom window and projects it self onto the floor in front of my bedroom door and forms itself into a spotlight while the other parts of the apartment stay in dark. With no one else around, my chucks enter the spotlight, get illuminated and be the subject of the photo.

Goin' Back To Uni
I didn't expect to have good grades for the last semester but yeah they turned out to be really good and I decided to do my master (master of science). It seems illogical most of the time for me because things always turn out the way I don't expect. That's why (my philosophy) I always expect the worst while some always expect the best and some always exaggerate what they have done hehe. I guess there are always good and bad side of every story so none of the way is totally bad or good. But hey I'm back to school eventhough I don't have lecture anymore.

Google AJAX Search
I've just incorporated Google AJAX into my blog (see the sidebar). Here's a link to get a code: http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxsearch/ The advantage of AJAX development technique is it enables only portion of a webpage to refresh (instead of whole page) thus reduce the bandwidth use and provide more interactivity.

A Figure In The Sun
It could have been done better than this if I fired up the flash to lighten up the figure but *pabo* me. I still can apply post-process to improve it but I just can be bothered hehe.

Time to Move
This is Queen street. Possibly the most busiest street in New Zealand. It's busier than this when it's weekday but I took this photo on Sunday. Don't look busy at all, quiet New Zealand.

Bold Red
I walked pass this building painted in red, it caught my eyes. I thought well I could do something with this. I lift my camera up to my eye but it looked so plain so there should be something in there. My friend should have been in it but he just rushed off without waiting for me. Well, I always have something hehe, me shadow, a parked car's shadow, and that pipe. One more thing, the late afternoon sun light made the color look richer and bolder.

How Fortunate Was I?
I woke up this moring feeling so weird. I thought I woke up once before. Something just told me I missed something important. I checked the time on my phone and then a timetable on a pin-up board right in front of my bed. All I could say was "damn, I'm in deepshit." I didn't know what to do. I got up and read for information on the timetable I thought to myself I had been putting much effort into this and I didn't wanna miss it. I just went to do the washing and put clothes on and knocked on my roommate's, Wazi, bedroom door and asked him to give me a lift to the place. Big thank to him. It was around 10am and the traffic was still bad and the rain kept pouring, light rain though. I was so frustrated on the car. I wanted to cry but I couldn't. After sometime I calmed myself down and asked Wazi "you know how to get sick in few hours?" He didn't say anything but laughed. I thought that idea was not gonna work. After half an hour I got to the place. I jumped out of the car. I almost got to the place I wanted to go but then I saw my classmate. On the top of my head, I thought I wasn't the only one. As I walked up the stair I saw people hanging out in front of the place and I wondered again did I get time wrong. I asked the guy I just saw and he said "The exam has been postponded." I was so relieved. That was 2 hours exam and I was almost 1 hour late but as the exam info said I could enter the exam before half way through, I had raced against time with Wazi to get to the exam room.
Later on, I found out that the power was cut due to some reasons which I didn't know. So we don't have power in the South, East, and Central Auckland and I'm in the North ^^
